What methods of payment can I use? 
Angels By The Sea Hawaii accepts the following:
Credit Cards:  Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Discover Network.
 

At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases.

How do I use my Angels By The Sea Hawaii Gift Card?
Angels By The Sea Hawaii Gift Cards don't expire, have no fees and are redeemable in stores only. Just present your Gift Card to any salesperson at the time of purchase. Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards cannot be replaced for the remaining value. 
 
How do I check my Gift Card balance? 
To verify the remaining balance, call  the number found on the back of the Gift Card or inquire at any store register.
 
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. You may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order that contains multiple items that are shipped at different times.

When will I receive my online purchase refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

If you return an item to us by U.S. mail, we usually receive it within 10–14 business days. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 3–5 business days.
 
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
It depends where your order is being shipped. For out of state and international shipment there is no sales tax.
 
How can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking order when your items are sent. You may track your order by clicking on the tracking number on your email.
   
Can I cancel an order?
Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel or make edits. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order please email us at sales@angelsbytheseahawaii.com with your inquiry.
 
Can I return my online purchase to the store?
Yes, you can return an online purchase to any Angels By The Sea Hawaii retail store within our return policy and accompanied by an online receipt. 
  
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer free shipping for Domestic and International for purchases over $100.00.   If the purchase amount is less than $100.00 you will see the cost of shipping in the final payment screen before finalizing your purchase.
 
What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?
If you're missing items or shipments contact us at sales@angelsbytheseahawaii.com within 30 days of ship date.
     
I can't find the items that I want online.  Is there any way to get it? 
 Yes, we would love to help you find what you need.  Please email us at sales@angelsbytheseahawaii.com with the item that you are looking for and we will try to locate it in one of our retail stores.
