Returns and exchanges

• If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your package.

• When the purchased item is returned, the amount paid will be refunded (excluding shipping charges). If you pay the shipping fee separately at the time of purchase, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded. Please note.

• Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for returns.

• The item must be unworn, unprocessed, unwashed and in the condition it was received.

• If the item is missing or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• If the item is defective or damaged, we will refund the purchase price.

• Jewelry items cannot be returned or refunded.

• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

返品、交換をご希望の方は商品到着後14日以内にお願いいたします。

返品の場合、ご購入金額分の返金を行います。（郵送費は含まれません。）

返品にかかる郵送費は返金されませんのでご注意ください。

返品商品に関しましては、オリジナルの状況で返品ください。（未着用、未洗濯）

紛失品、欠品に関しましては、受け取り後48時間以内にお知らせください。

オーダー品と異なる品が届いたり、欠品が届いたりした場合には返金いたします。
